WALKGOOD™
Welcome to the WALKGOOD™ online store.
WALK GOOD is a Valediction in Jamaica used instead of saying good bye. A phrase made most popular by The Queen of Jamaican Culture Louise Simone Bennett-Coverley aka Miss Lou, OM, OJ, MBE (7 September 1919 – 26 July 2006) was a Jamaican poet, folklorist, writer, actor, activist and educator.
"WALKGOOD" today means the same, however the thought of making this valediction a lifestyle is the goal of her Grandchildren. "The Walk is our Journey in life. The Good is each of our definition or value of Good."
The Memories. The Message. The Movement.
Original Saying: Walk Good and May Good Duppy walk with you
Meaning: Do good and good will follow you
